11 p.m.–8 a.m. (varies at each location)
Property Damage
Anything broken or damage will incur additional expenses for the item. This contains holes and stolen property.
Pet Fees
For dogs weighing up to 70 pounds, a standard flat fee of $50 per night will apply.
For cats weighing up to 30 pounds, a standard flat fee of $20 per night will apply.
* Animals must be on a leash outside of the home. They must comply with local legislation requirements*
Additional Fees
To prevent penalties, cancellations MUST be made at least 48 hours before your stay.
There will be a $300 fine for smoking inside the home.
